Planning Sessions:
- Three Round Table Planning Sessions- (3) One Hour Meetings - (Complimentary initial meeting plus 2 additional meetings to discuss details that

- Unlimited E-mails Beginning the day service is retained and ending on the event date.
- Assistance with Selection of "Save the Dates", Invitations, and Wedding Favors (10% discount if purchased from our boutique with this level of service)
- Create wedding day schedule / detailed itinerary
- Go over contract details and payment due dates to remind you to mail payments (Some vendors have strict payment due dates)
- One hour walk though at your Wedding and Reception site for set up details and to confirm site rules and regulations
Ceremony Services:
Five (2) hours of actual wedding ceremony coordination including:
- Organization and set up of ceremony (Archway, Chairs, etc)
- Distribution of flowers to bridal party and family that have been ordered through Visions
- Greet and Direct Guests to seating for Ceremony
- Over see Escorted Seating of Honored Guest
- Direct Line-Up bridal party for processional. (Minister, Groom, Bridesmaids, etc)
- Cue / orchestrate wedding professionals for ceremony (Musicians, Readers, Special Singers, etc)
- Assist the Photographer in gathering your Wedding Party and family members for pictures and make certain that the wedding party and family
members receive refreshments during your after ceremony photography session.
- Organization of recessional and receiving line
Reception Services:
Three (3) hours of reception coordination including:
- Direct your guests to the reception after the ceremony
- Maintain and coordinate time line for all events during reception
- Organize the Grand Entrance line up and assist the MC or DJ of all correct pronunciations of names
- Advise you and your groom of what coming up to make sure you are ready. (First Dance to Cake Cutting)
- See that everyone scheduled to give toasts and blessings are prepared.
- Cue bride and groom, bridal party, and parents for special events such as toast, blessings etc
- Supervise the chef and catering staff to ensure timely dinner service..
- See to it that honored guests and special guests needs such as food allergies, wheelchairs, etc., are taken care of.
- See that your Parents and Grandparents are always up front for each important event during your reception.
- Discreetly handle any emergencies or unexpected occurrences
- Set up, Breakdown and Clean up of event terrace/balcony.
- Assistance with Selection of Hotel Accommodations for You and Your Guests
Modest Assistance Fee begins is $500.00 + 20% of total of each event cost (the maximum coverage for the wedding day is 5 + 3 hours pre-planning time
with you and behind the scenes planning time as needed includes your event manager and one other assistant) Additional Assistant Coordinators are
required for, larger weddings of 100 guest or more. Each Additional Coordinator Assistant fee is $200.00 Contract Re-writes are charged an additional

limited to, photographer, Videography, florist, baker, music and transportation services.

- Review of contract details and advise you of any conflicts as well as negotiate on your behalf if necessary

Wedding Day: Seven (7) hours on-site the day of the wedding includes: (5) Hours ~ Arriving five hours Pre-Ceremony (2) Hour On-Site Direction and Communication at Ceremony

Extraordinary Coordination (Enitre Wedding Weekend Coordination)
with 15 hours of flexible meeting time (with you and/or vendors on your behalf) starting at $4,000.00
with 30 hours of flexible meeting time (with you and/or vendors on your behalf) starting at $6,000.00
Additional Assistant Coordinators are required for select venues, larger weddings or multiple location weddings.
Each Additional Coordinator Assistant fee is $200.00Coordination and will be charged for 100 guest or more.

need to take in to account, larger numbers of guests, multiple events, intensive decor installations, and cumbersome location site design.
Ala carte Assistance:
- Individual Consultation fees begin at $100.00 per hour (all overtime is rounded to the next hour, consultations outside of our studio are min of two hours.)
- Rehearsal Direction begins at $100.00 per hour (all overtime is rounded to the next hour)
- Wedding Day Direction begins at $800.00 (Includes one meeting plus Overseeing Escorted Seating for Honored Guest, Processional and Recessional (4 Hours Day
- Addressing, Sending and Management of Save the Dates, Invitations and RSVP's - starting at $250.00 + postage depending on number of invitations
- Consulting, Design and Coordination pricing does not include cost of a la carte items such as invitations, graphic design, floral designs, lighting, food
items or rental items, postage, etc.
Moderate Assistance Fee begins at $3,000.00 for Day of Wedding Coordination (the maximum coverage for the wedding day is 10 hours)
