Top 10 questions that we hear most often.
- Can we breakdown a package if there are things we do not need or want? We do
not break down packages because many things we offer are an added feature that
does not have a fee attached, for example the sago palms, we can remove them if
you would like but there is not a discount. If you do not want the seahorse statues
that comes in the Coastal Charm, we will remove them however there is not a
discount. Please see terms and conditions
- Are there any hidden fees? No, at least we have tried to make every effort to
show all fees, prices and cost on our site. Our terms and conditions clearly state
our booking and cancellation policy.
- What if I bring my family minister to preform our ceremony? First, they must take
the responsibility of signing and returning your legal paperwork to the Register of
Deeds office where you obtained it. Our minister will not sign a legal marriage
license without actually preforming ceremony, it is after all a legal and binding
contract. It is okay for you to bring your family minister with you to preform your
ceremony however, you will not recieve a discount in your wedding package.
- May we rent your decor for our wedding elsewhere? No, our decor is reserved
strictly for our clients, we are not a rental company.
- May we bring our own archway, chairs and etc.? No.
- May we have our wedding in front of your location but not use your services? No.
We do not rent out the beach itself for events. We own the beach property in front
of our building is it not open to the public for other events.
- May we bring our own food? No (other than your Wedding Cake) We do not allow
outside food or beverages.
- May we rent just the balcony? No Visions is not a rental facility, we are a full
service event studio... We host full-service events with our approved equipment,
chef, etc. You may bring your own decor providing it is approved though our site
manager.
- May we bring our own planner? No, Visions Events & Beyond employee's qualified
planners & event managers that know our policies, we do not allow outside
planners or event managers and coordinators. Our coordinator fees are located
here.
- May we use silk flower petals? NO, for natures sake we do not allow silk petals.
Cooking Rice is also not allowed. You may use Wedding Rice that is safe for birds
and bubbles (We advise against bird seed, seagulls eat bugs, birdseed is small and
will be tossed in the air, seagulls will hone in on small partials such as bird seed
and you may have a pooping mess on your guests or your dress which could be
rather embarrassing.

You will need to fill out a planning sheet
for our DJ. You do not have to fill out
every song you want to hear. Just the
important songs such as first dance, father
daughter dance and so on.
To better estimate the number of guest
that will be attending your event. Our ABC
list will help you.
NC marriage license see our minister's
page. You will also need to fill out this
form to give to the register of deeds office.
Do not sign the form unitl you are in front
of the register of deeds. Always use black
ink.
You will need this form to change your
name. You will receive intrutions in your
"After Wedding Envelope".
